In General
At Daddiyo, we try to make your shopping and ordering experience
as simple and pleasant as possible. Please read our company's Sales
Policies listed below prior to placing your order with Daddiyo.

Sales and Return Policies
- What We Sell: All
items sold at Daddiyo are new and factory SIM unlocked. All phones
come with batteries and wall chargers.
- Inventory and Pricing: We
update our inventory availability once a week, typically on Tuesdays.
Pricing and availability of models varies from week to week and
on certain occaisions may not be available at the time of your
order. We will send you an availability confirmation once your
order has been submitted to us. If your order cannot be fullfilled,
we will inform you promptly and shall refund your payment in
full.
- How We Do: ALL
SALES FINAL. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS. SIM CARD(S) ARE NOT INCLUDED.
- Limited
Warranty: We
provide a 14-day limited warranty on all items sold which covers
only manufacturer's defects.
- If a phone is manufacturer defective
within the first 14 days, the customer may return it after
promptly contacting us and getting a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number from us.
- Customer returns must included all
items and packaging which was supplied with the original
order. Returns may be rejected or suspended until all items
are received from incomplete returns.
- Daddiyo will either replace the defective item or refund
the original purchase price of the item(s) (less Shipping
and Handling fees) if the original item is not available.
Refunds will only be done via PayPal and shall not exceed
the original purchase price.
- Return Policy: Except
as listed above under Limited Warranty, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
NOR DO WE DO EXCHANGES ON ORDERS.
- Refund Policy: Once
you order is submitted, you are obligated to the order. Payments
will not be refunded.
- Order and Payment Disputes: All
disputes may be handled through our customer service department
or PayPal's Resolution Center. You can view the Resolution Center
by logging into your PayPal account
and going to My
Account>Resolution Center tab.
Ordering
and Payment Policies
- Ordering Process: Select the item(s)
you want to order and click the Add to Cart button. A PayPal
shopping cart window will automatically open up to process your
order. You can have single or multiple items in your order.
- Order Processing Times: Once your
order has been submitted and payment is process, please allow
1-2 business days for us to facilitate your order for shipment.
We process new orders Monday through Friday only. We are closed
on weekends and holidays. Orders are processed once payment has
cleared PayPal and we can verifiy that the funds are in our account.
- Payment Methods and Types: All
payments are processed via PayPal only.
We accept most payments offered by PayPal. All payments are in
USD. No foreign currencies accepted.
- Payments Billed As: Payments will
appear as Daddiyo
LLC.
- Taxes: Hawaii residents are subject
to a 4.5% General Excise Tax. Tax will not be applied to residents
of any other state in the U.S. Tax is not applied to Shipping
and Handling Fees.
Shipping Policies
- When We Ship: We ship orders Monday
through Friday only. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
- Where Orders Ship From: Daddiyo
ships all orders from our distribution center in Hong Kong.
- Where We Ship To: We
only ship to PayPal Confirmed addresses in the
Unites States (including Hawaii and Alaska), no foreign orders.
We only ship to physical addresses. No PO Boxes allowed. All
orders will be shipped to the shipping address specified in your
order.
- Shipping and Handling Fees: Shipping
fees are FREE to anywhere in the United States
(a $25 per phone value)! If there are any additional fees, we
will notify you and confirm with you prior to shipping out your
order.
- Shipping Method(s): All
orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or Freight Forwarding air
delivery only. This makes the order trackable, safe, and reliable
for everyone. We provide tracking numbers to you via email as
soon as they are available. For tracking information, you can view
these sites online:
- Shipping Times: In
addition to order processing times listed above, please allow
approximately 3-4 business days for shipping time.
- Shipping Discounts: If
your order contains more than 5 items, we may provide you with
a discount off of the normal shipping and handling fees charged.
Any discounts are the the sole discretion of Daddiyo management
and may be credited back via your PayPal account only after actual
shipping charges are known.
Additional Policies
- Internet/Data Features and Setup: Daddiyo does not ensure
that Internet/data features from your wireless carrier will work
on any of the phones listed in this section. Generally, most
features will work but in some cases, some Internet/data features
will NOT work. It is the sole responsibility of the customer
to setup their data services through their provider. Daddiyo
does not take any responsibility for setting up or ensuring the
setup of these features.
- Language Settings: All phones are sold with English as the
default language.
